Shipping Policy — Drone Spray Pro

At Drone Spray Pro, we’re dedicated to delivering professional-grade agricultural drones, accessories, and parts as quickly and reliably as possible.


Shipping Timeframes

In-Stock Items: Ship within 2–5 business days.

Special Order & Supplier-Shipped Items: Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or sourced on demand. These may take 4 to 10 weeks depending on supplier lead times and logistics.

⚠️ Important: Our website does not currently mark items as “backordered” or show real-time stock status. If you’re working with a tight deadline or need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated shipping times.


Delays & Liability

While we work closely with our suppliers to fulfill orders promptly, some delays—especially for specialized or imported items—are outside our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless otherwise confirmed in writing before your order is placed.


Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight/LTL carriers depending on size, weight, and destination. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Protection & Liability Policy

Optional Shipping Protection

At checkout, customers may choose to purchase Shipping Protection, which covers loss, damage, theft, or non-delivery once the package has been handed to the carrier.

When Shipping Protection is purchased, it appears as a separate line item on your order confirmation and invoice.


If Shipping Protection Is Not Purchased

If Shipping Protection does not appear on your order, this means the customer declined protection.

In this case:

  • Drone Spray Pro is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or mis-delivered packages once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

  • Customers who decline protection must file any shipping claims directly with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or LTL freight carriers).


What Shipping Protection Covers

If Shipping Protection was purchased:

  • Drone Spray Pro handles all claim filing

  • Faster replacement or refund

  • Coverage for loss, damage, theft, or non-delivery

  • Support with photo evidence or carrier documentation

  • We deal directly with the carrier so you don’t have to

If Shipping Protection was NOT purchased:

  • Drone Spray Pro is not liable after the carrier takes possession

  • Customers must file claims directly with the carrier

  • We will provide documentation (tracking, BOL, etc.), but cannot replace or refund the order


Freight & Pallet Shipments (LTL)

High-value and oversized items—such as DJI Agras drones, Talos T60X, generators, spray trailers, and large accessories—often ship via freight carriers on pallets.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased for an LTL shipment:

  • Drone Spray Pro assumes no liability once the pallet is picked up by the carrier

  • Any loss, damage, or theft must be claimed directly with the LTL carrier

  • We will provide the BOL, weight, photos, and required documentation

  • No replacements or refunds are issued by Drone Spray Pro without protection coverage


Delivered Packages

If a carrier marks a package or pallet as Delivered, Drone Spray Pro considers the shipment completed.

Stolen or missing packages after delivery are covered only if Shipping Protection was purchased.


How to Verify Protection Status

Because Shopify only displays Shipping Protection when it is purchased:

  • If you see Shipping Protection as a line item → the order is protected.

  • If you do not see it anywhere → the customer declined protection.

This acts as the official record for customer service, warranty handling, and chargeback disputes.
